By using Uin4, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The services provided by Uin4 are provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or exactly meet your needs.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think your account has been compromised.

Don't use Uin4 to harass or abuse other members, send spam, break the law, or interfere with the service or try to access it in ways it's not meant to be used.

You're responsible for what you post including group names and descriptions, event details, and anything else you add. You retain ownership of what you post, but you allow us to show it to the other members of your group.

Uin4 relies on outside services for hosting, email, text messages, and optional sign-in providers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we share with them.

Uin4 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that notifications (email, text, or push) will always be delivered, accurate, or on time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Uin4 - including missed events, missed or delayed notifications, scheduling mistakes, or lost data - however it happens. Use the app at your own risk, and don't rely on it as your only way of confirming plans that really matter.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these terms.
